Choices, choices, choices. The combinations are endless. Here are a few suggestions from our scrumptious range.

Traditional Rich Fruit Cake
Made to an old family recipe. This cake is rich and dark, with plump sultanas, currants, raisins and glace cherries soaked in brandy. Dark brown sugar, butter and spices give depth and flavor. Very moist, the classic choice for a wedding.

Carrot Cake
For those of you who would prefer a cake that is lighter in texture but still packed with fruit, this would be perfect. Sultanas steeped in dark rum, within a moist citrusy cake. Flavored with cinnamon and nutmeg and studded with walnuts.

Chocolate Torte (Wedding cakes only)
Perfect for the chocoholic! Very rich, very moist and moreish. Imagine a giant chocolate brownie, damp and intensely chocolaty, filled with dark ganache. Ideal for having instead of dessert for your wedding feast.

Lemon Drizzle
Light and zesty, refreshing for a more informal cake. Filled with lemon flavored butter cream. Again could be used as a dessert. Perfect for those warm summer afternoons.

If there is another flavor combination that you have set your heart on, don’t despair. At Fanticy we can make your dreams come true(within reason, we might just draw the line at sardine flavored)! We can create any flavor combination, please just ask.

Please note - All  our cakes are made with free range eggs and our cakes may contain traces of nuts. We are also unable to make gluten free cakes due to only having one kitchen area which we use flour in daily, we do apologies for any inconvenience caused.
