Choices,choices,choices. The combinations are endless. Here are a few suggestions from our scrumptious range.

Traditional Rich Friut Cake
Made to an old family recipe. This cake is rich and dark, with plump sultanas,currants,raisins and glace cherries soaked in brandy. Dark brown sugar,butter and spices give depth and flavour. Very moist,the classic choice for a wedding.

Carrot Cake
For those of you who would prefer a cake that is lighter in texture but still packed with fruit,this would be perfect. Sultanas steeped in dark rum,within a moist citrusy cake. Flavoured with cinnamon and nutmeg and studded with walnuts.

Chocolate Torte
Perfect for the chocoholic! Very rich,very moist and moreish. Imagine a giant chocolate brownie,damp and intensly chocolatly,filled with dark ganache. Ideal for having instead of dessert for your wedding feast.

Lemon Drizzle
Light and zesty,refreshing for a more informal cake. Filled with lemon flavoured butter cream. Again could be used as a dessert. Perfect for those warm summer afternoons.
